Please read our refund guidelines regarding listing fees, premium subscriptions, and other paid services on BiharAssets.com carefully before making any payment.
1. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In the event of a technical network error or double deduction where funds were debited but your service/credits were not provisioned, the amount will be automatically reversed or refunded within 5-7 business days following payment gateway reconciliation.
2. Advertising & Campaign Placements
Campaign Rejected Before Launch: If an advertising campaign or sponsored banner is rejected during policy review prior to going live, a full refund of the unused campaign value will be issued.
Partially Delivered Campaigns: For multi-day or impression-based advertising paused due to technical reasons, a pro-rata credit or refund may be issued for the demonstrably undelivered portion as per order terms.
3. Premium Listing & Visibility Features
Fees paid for featured badges, top placement, or promotional visibility are non-refundable once the promotional period has commenced or visibility has been delivered. If a technical defect prevents visibility, a replacement duration or credit will be provided.
4. User-to-User Asset Transactions (Zero Counterparty Escrow)
Crucial Disclosure: BiharAssets is strictly an advertising marketplace and does NOT participate in, hold escrow for, or process funds for user-to-user asset sales (e.g. token money, advance booking, vehicle purchases, or land sale consideration). BiharAssets does not refund, mediate, or guarantee private financial agreements completed between buyers, sellers, or agents.
5. Violations & Policy Bans
Zero Refund for Policy Violations: If a listing or account is suspended, delisted, or banned due to fraudulent claims, fake documents, missing mandatory RERA registrations, or violations of our Terms of Use, all fees paid are entirely forfeited with zero refund eligibility.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days, subject to standard banking procedures in India.
5. Support & Disputed Transactions
If you believe you have been charged erroneously, please raise a ticket with your Transaction ID.
