All financial exchanges—including token money (bayaana), registration fees, or broker commissions—happen completely outside our platform. BiharAssets.com takes zero responsibility for any external financial fraud, double-selling disputes, or registry delays.
Basic identity verification on our platform is only to prevent spam and does not guarantee property legalities. Sellers are strictly mandated to list only RERA-compliant properties. Buyers are legally obligated to perform independent due diligence with the Land Revenue Department of Bihar (Bhumijankari) before making any payments.
