• Listing & Asset Data: Descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and locations for real estate, commercial vehicles, machinery, or B2B assets.
• Inquiry & Lead Data: Contact details and messages exchanged when inquiring about a listing or contacting a seller/agent.
• Verification Data: Mobile OTP records, government identity metadata, and business registration details submitted solely for account authentication and spam prevention.
• Payment & Billing Metadata: Order IDs, package details, transaction timestamps, and invoice metadata. We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords. All payments are securely handled by our authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partner, Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.) and Instant UPI.
• Technical & Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs for platform security and rate limiting.

2. Identity Verification Boundaries & Document Security

To curb spam, fraudulent accounts, and misleading advertisements, BiharAssets provides structured verification tiers (such as Phone Verified, Identity Verified, and RERA Details Submitted).

Any private verification documents submitted are stored securely in restricted directories with server-side access authorization, encrypted at rest, and never exposed to public web crawlers or unauthenticated third parties.

3. Disclosure & Data Sharing

We share personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Lead Delivery: When you submit an inquiry on a listing, your contact details (name, phone) are transmitted directly to the chosen advertiser, seller, or agent to enable communication.
• Authorized Service Providers: Third-party infrastructure partners (such as Cashfree Payments for billing and SMS gateways for OTP delivery) subject to strict confidentiality.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Where required by applicable Indian law, court order, or authorized law enforcement inquiry.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
