2. Identity Verification Boundaries

To reduce spam and fraudulent listings, BiharAssets requires account verification (via mobile OTP or document checks) before publishing a listing.

Important Notice: This verification is strictly intended for user account validation to maintain platform hygiene. It does not certify or guarantee the legal title, authenticity, or physical legitimacy of the property itself. Users must perform independent verification.

3. Disclosure & Data Sharing

We disclose information only under the following circumstances:

  • To builders, sellers, or agents when a buyer explicitly submits a property inquiry (Lead Generation).
  • To comply with any court order, law, or government/regulatory request.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
